Cooking Classes

Sponsored by the DFMF and The American Institute of Wine & Food, this exciting series of courses brings together the experience of local chefs and the local community. Classes are $25 in advance or $30 at the door (space permitting). Packages are available for five or more classes. Cooking classes also make great gifts for that special person.
During the course season, classes are held Saturday’s from 11:30am until 1:00 pm (doors open at 11:00am) . The demonstration kitchen is upstairs in the Market Resource Center, 1010 S. Pearl Expressway, Dallas, TX 75201.
